Uzi was 14 when she immigrated with her family from Pakistan. Her father had a deep interest in Real estate which she inherited. Since moving to Scottsdale, AZ in 2001, Uzi says she can’t think of living anywhere else but the Valley of the Sun! Uzi enjoys her work and is passionate about helping others with a similar interest in Real Estate. Since getting her license in 2005 Uzi has developed an impressive list of clients which include many first time home buyers, investors, builders and sellers. Uzi’s passion and hard work has paid off and she’s built a reputation of providing her clients unparalleled service and going the extra mile for them; that is her commitment every day.
Prior to starting a career in real estate Uzi co founded Total Programming Solutions a Software development, and web and graphics design firm in 2002 along with my husband and led the Business Development and Solutions Team. Her experience also includes 12 years of business management including involvement in project teams for SIEBEL Systems CRM and other key technology initiatives with Fortune 100 companies including American Express, Target and Discover. She holds a MA in Communication from Barry University and a BA in International Relations from Florida International University.
Beyond Real Estate Uzi’s interests are broad and include but are not limited to Tennis, Golf, Reading, Music, Travelling, Photography and serving our community at large. Uzi also embraces any and all opportunities to give back to the community through volunteering and has worked with various organizations around town including The Red Cross, St. Mary’s Food Bank, The Cultural Cup Food Pantry as well as having the honor of serving the role of Public Relations Coordinator for The American Muslim Women’s Association.

Uzi has lent her expertise and negotiation skills successfully to several clients whom she has represented in purchasing resale properties as well as new home construction in Master planned communities throughout the valley. Uzi also has extensive experience in working with Sellers listing homes both as traditional equity sales and short sales while negotiating the highest price for their homes in the least amount of time on market.
